Is Tasks free?
Tasks is free to download and use. There are no ads and no account required.
Where is my data stored?
All your tasks are stored locally on your device. Tasks does not have servers and does not upload your data anywhere.
Does Tasks sync across devices?
Not in this version. Your data lives on the device where you created it. Cloud sync may come in a future update.
How do I set a due date?
When adding or editing a task, pick a quick chip (Today, Tomorrow, This Weekend, Next Week) or choose “Custom” for an exact date and time.

Privacy Policy
Tasks is built to be private by design. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.
- On-device only. Your tasks, notes, priorities and due dates are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData. They never leave your device through Tasks.
- No account. Tasks does not require sign-up or a login and has no user accounts.
- No tracking. Tasks contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.
- No third parties. We do not share data with any third party because no data is collected.
- Your control. Deleting a task removes it from your device. Deleting the app removes all of its data.
