Habity ("the App") helps you build daily habits and follow your streak. We respect your privacy. Habity has no user accounts, no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing you enter into the App is uploaded to our servers — because we do not operate any servers that receive your data.

1. What Habity Stores on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's standard frameworks (SwiftData and UserDefaults):

Your habits (name, icon, schedule, goal) and to-do tasks
Per-day completion history that powers your streaks and analytics
Reminder times you configure for each habit
Profile information you optionally enter: first name, last name, email, profile photo
App preferences (selected language, onboarding state, current tab)

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the App removes everything permanently.

2. Notifications

If you enable a habit reminder, Habity schedules a local notification through Apple's UNUserNotificationCenter. The reminder runs on-device — its contents are not transmitted to us or any third party. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Habity.

3. Profile Photo

If you choose to set a profile photo, it is selected through Apple's standard PhotosPicker. Habity reads only the image you pick, downscales it, and stores it locally inside the app sandbox. No photo is ever uploaded.

4. Third-Party Services

Habity does not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs. The App relies only on Apple's standard frameworks:

Apple StoreKit / App Store — for the optional in-app review prompt and the optional "Invite a Friend" share link. We never see purchase or device identifiers. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Apple UNUserNotificationCenter — for the local reminders described in §2.
Apple PhotosUI — for the optional profile-photo picker described in §3.

5. Analytics & Diagnostics

No third-party analytics. No tracking pixels. No attribution SDKs. Crash diagnostics, if enabled by you in iOS Settings, are handled by Apple under their standard opt-in mechanism — Habity itself does not collect them.

6. Children's Privacy

Habity is rated 4+ and is safe for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we have no mechanism that could collect it (see §1).

7. Your Rights & Choices

Edit or delete any habit, task, or profile detail at any time inside the App.
Disable any reminder in iOS Settings or in the Reminders tab.
Delete the App to permanently remove all locally stored data.
Contact us (see §10) with any privacy question.

8. Terms of Use (EULA)

Habity is licensed under Apple's standard end-user license agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

9. Changes to This Policy

Any significant change will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
